At its European premiere, The Butler and the Ball has been named the winner in the Top 10 Under 10 category at the recent Prague Youth Film Festival in The Czech Republic, which screened 25 film from 18 countries. Winners were chosen by accomplished filmmakers such as Kevan Van Thompson, the producer of the Oscar-winning JoJo Rabbit.
The Butler and the Ball, an urban fairy tale about a lonely boy who enters a contest to become the new butler of a grieving, reclusive singer, is directed by eight-year-old Andrew Chan-Possemato, who wrote and produced it with Albert.
