• The Butler and the Ball will have its Korean premiere at Chuncheon Film Festival, which runs September 30-October 4, 2021. Only 28 films from 18 countries were selected from a total of 1,383 submissions for the International Competition in the Children and Youth Film category. Films will be shown at the Lotte Cinema multiplex in Chuncheon City as well as online. The complete list of official selections can be found here

    The Butler and the Ball, an urban fairy tale about a lonely boy who enters a contest to become the new butler of a grieving, reclusive singer, was directed by eight-year-old Andrew Chan-Possemato, who wrote and produced it with Albert.

    Chuncheon Film Festival aims to listen to the messages that children and youth filmmakers want to express through movies and focus on delivering their values to the world.
