Albert was interviewed today on BBC World Service’s OS by Catherine Byaruhanga, along with Asian-American actresses Francesca Fernandez and Jennifer Shin, about last night’s historic Oscars for Asians.

Albert spoke about the importance of having Asian representation not only in front of the camera, but behind it as well. He also spoke about his latest screenplay, The Verge of Seas, a gay sci-fi love story about a gay Asian-American couple and their two transracially adopted kids. One of the men discovers the shocking truth about himself and of the universe when his husband and adopted children mysteriously vanish on a trip to his childhood home in Montana.
